1 Samuel 3 vs 5 - 10; Says

5. He ran to Eli and said, Here I am, for you called me. Eli said, I did not call you; lie down again. So he went and lay down.

6. And the Lord called again, Samuel! And Samuel arose and went to Eli and said, Here am I; you did call me. Eli answered, I did not call, my son; lie down again.

7. Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, and the word of the Lord was not yet revealed to him.

8. And the Lord called Samuel the third time. And he went to Eli and said, Here I am, for you did call me. Then Eli perceived that the Lord was calling the boy.

9. So Eli said to Samuel, Go, lie down. And if He calls you, you shall say, Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening. So Samuel went and lay down in his place.

10. And the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, Samuel! Samuel! Then Samuel answered, Speak, Lord, for Your servant is listening.

...As a Christian who is growing in your new faith in Christ; You need a mentor who will guide you through the ladders of christaindom. In the above Scripture, Samuel had a spiritual father Eli, who guided him through till he was able to hear the voice of the Lord.

...My point is that most of us ignore the voice of the Lord without knowing it just because we are not guided by someone(Mentor)... The Lord speaks to you everyday without you hearing him.

...So as you grow in faith, I urge you to find a spiritual father, a mentor and a friend who is spirit filled to guide you in that path that leads to righteousness..

..."Let the holy spirit lead your life for he is our spiritual mentor"...

Why You Have Not Heard From God (Part 1)

1 Samuel 3 vs 3 & 4; Says..
3:3 And ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the LORD, where the ark of God was, and Samuel was laid down to sleep; 3:4 That the LORD called Samuel: and he answered, Here am I.

I want to remind us that before the Lord can locate and speak to you, you must have made yourself available by preparing your temple which is your body for him to dwell in..
In this Scripture above, Samuel made it a duty to always dwell in the presence of the Lord which made it possible him to hear from God himself.

Most times when God wants to visit us, it happens that we are not readily available to receive him or hear from him; Get yourself connected by dwelling in his presence and allowing the holy spirit to direct your path to righteousness.

I say unto you... I have learned not to trust people; I learned not to believe what they say but to watch what they do; I learnt to suspect that anyone and everyone is capable of living a lie. I came to believe that other people even when you think you know them well -are ultimately unknowable.
Trust only your Lord thy God, For only him can not forsake you!
In Him Victory is assured, Protection is a must, and the future is bright.
